There are still examples of this type of hexagonal summer house still surviving from Victorian days.
Used as a focal point in the garden it is still a very romantic retreat. As with all Raffles summer houses it has its own very relaxing atmosphere within.
There are various options available for interior finishes, stencil work, specialist paint finishes etc. and ceilings.
The Victorian Winter House is 8’diameter hexagonal and 8’6" high. It has a fitted slatted bench, 2 glazed windows and door and is of double skin construction with insulation.
